Expert Moldbase Extension provides users automated moldbase design functionality beyond Tool Design Option standard moldbase libraries. Standard moldbases provided include Hasco, DME, Futaba, Progressive, Strack, Meusberger, Rabourdin, PCS, Pedrotti and more. The standard mold base is easily modified through a 2D user interface for ease -of -use by designers used to 2D applications. Included are standard mold base assemblies, plates, insulation, screws, washers, dowel pins, ejector pins, latch locks and slider assemblies. Fully automated mold opening animation provides visualization of the mold opening sequence. Pre-made drawings are provided for mold assemblies.
