Creo Parametric (CAE)

Creo Parametric is a major component and standalone "App" inside Creo, the next generation of Design Software from PTC. Creo Parametric is a complete, scalable, end to end solution that empowers designers and engineers to create and manipulate complex 3D geometry with unparalled ease-of-use whilst retaining the industry's richest CAD feature technology.   Many of the world's leading engineering and design companies are using this technology to leverage a competitive advantage in their product development processes.

As one of the Creo "Apps", there is an unprecedented level of fluency and interoperability between Creo Parametric and the other Creo "Apps" for 2D Design, Direct Modelling and Visualisation etc.  This level of interaction is facilitated by a Common Data Model that is the foundation of all the Creo "Apps". Creo’s role-based apps are designed for a wide range of users and make a typically closed process open and inclusive, enabling more people in various roles of an organisation (such as service planners, technical illustrators and industrial designers) to contribute more to product designs.
