Emirates Team New Zealand
Ansys and LEAP are official suppliers to Emirates Team New Zealand. On our stand we have a scale-model of the rudder & elevator from the AC40 class yachts designed by Team New Zealand. We’ve used augmented reality to show the complex fluid dynamics happening underwater – for a range of different angles of attack.
Holmes Solutions
Holmes Solutions use Creo, Windchill and Ansys for product development, data management and simulation. This year, Holmes has supplied us with a unique memento from one of their marine snapback impact tests – showing the devastating result of an impact on this Dodge passenger door. We recently visited their offices in Christchurch where Ben and Alex from their team discussed how they’ve used Creo for over 15 years, as well as using Windchill for PDM and Ansys for simulations.
Integra Systems
In a New Zealand first, we also have the Integra K4.0 interactive kiosk on display. This kiosk is a great way to showcase how key manufacturing assembly and instruction data can leverage ThingWorx and Windchill data and allow this information to be accessed directly by workers on the shopfloor.
